Upside Down Apple Pie ~ A Twist On An Old Favorite

Like & Subscribe full.sc ♥ Send me State Pins or any fun kitchen stuff to: Diana DeLaFuente PO Box 1072 Barnegat, NJ 08005 LINKS LINKS & more LINKS My Blog princessdiana161.blogspot.com Follow my brain farts on Twitter! twitter.com Facebook The heck outta me! tinyurl.com Follow my Boards on Pinterest! pinterest.com Ingredients: 45 Tablespoons butter, melted 12 cup packed (light or dark) brown sugar 12 cup chopped pecans 2 refrigerated pie crusts this is what I used for the filling but feel free to use your own recipe if you have one, or use canned pie filling if desired ½ cup white sugar ½ cup packed (light or dark) brown sugar 2-3 tbs flour cup all purpose flour 1tbs teaspoon cinnamon ¼ tsp Nutmeg ¼ tsp Salt 5 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored & cut into 12" slices Bake 1 to 1-14 hours or until crust is golden brown in a 350 degree oven.
