Brown Sugar Milk Cake

Brown Sugar Milk Cake Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 2 cups brown sugar 3 cups all- purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Lemon zest First, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff peaks. Set aside. Then, beat the yolks with the sugar for 1 minute. And the milk, beat, add the oil and continue beating. Now add the lemon zest, as much as you like. Mix the flour with the baking powder and pour into the wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula but don´t overmix. Then, add the whites and mix gently. Pour the batter in a floured and greased bundt cake and bake at 350 degrees F for 30- 35 minutes. Happy Valentine´s Day!
