What Car JD Power 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey

The annual survey, which is based on the opinions of nearly 18000 participants, assesses overall customer satisfaction based on performance, design, comfort, quality, reliability, cost of ownership and dealership satisfaction, and is the most comprehensive study of its kind.
