Ruby Tuesday by The Rolling Stones Cover

In Keiths book "Life" he quote : For the first time, I felt cut. The thing about a songwriter is, even if youve been *$#@* over, you can find consolidation in writing about it and pour it out. Everthing has something to do with something, nothing is divorced. It becomes an experience, a feeling, a conglomoration of experiences. Basically, Linda is Ruby Tuesday. She left me on a Tuesday. Keith was talking about his girlfriend Linda Keith who left him for Jimi Hendrix. Mick said that "Ruby Tuesday" has a nice melody and lovely lyric. Neither of which I wrote, but I always enjoy singing it. Bill Wyman states in Rolling with the Stones that the lyrics were written by Keith Richards. However, Marianne Faithfull recalls it differently; according to her, Brian Jones presented an early version of this melody to the rest of the Rolling Stones. According to Victor Bockris, Richards came up with the basic track and the words and finished the song with Jones in the studio. Brians flute makes this song a memorable classic. Hope you enjoy my cover.
