This is Champagne Charlies own song written and played as a tribute to the late Rolling Stone Brian Jones. Charlie first saw Brian and the Stones at the Crawdaddy Club Richmond while still at school in 1963. Since then he has been a lifelong fan of blues music. This song is played on a Regal resonator guitar and is written in the style of a Jimmy Reed tune who was a Chicago blues musician much favoured by the early Stones.
