I dont see this as a goal – I see this as a way to feel more satisfied with myself, and hence, be happier and enjoy life more 🙂 I was always interested in happiness, but in late 2010 I became more serious about it. I started thinking a lot about how I wanted to live my life, about what mattered to me. I realized that living a long and healthy, vital life was one of my priorities. Yet, I also could not help but notice that the path that I was walking on at that time, was not leading me to a healthy and vital life… It would probably lead me to being fat and sedentary in about 10 years time. There was a gap between where my actions were taking me and where I really wanted to go. And that gap was severely impacting how satisfied I felt with my life.
