Legal activist Keyamo began his career as a member of the legal team of the National Democratic Coalition (NADECO), the organisation formed to resist Sani Abachas dictatorial reign. He gained further experience at the chambers of Gani Fawehinmi, Nigerias greatest legal activist. Keyamo spearheaded a challenge of a car procurement contract involving Dimeji Bankole, Speaker of the House of Representatives. He led a crusade to unravel the murder of Chief Bola Ige, and was lead counsel for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in their successful prosecution of Chief Bode George for stealing money meant for contracts.
