A delicious Muffin for Breakfast. I do believe that this recipe is better than the Boxed Mixes. With the 1 cup of Oatmeal added to this recipe, I do think this is a great addition of Fiber to your diet. The Brown sugar may seem to be a lot and sweet, but it actually just gives it some nice color and it is the perfect sweetness for me not too sweet. I hope you give this a Try.
